needs and their respective grades and ages.
Grades 1 & 2 Children should participate in the previously outlined activities, or perhaps review money, time, numbers, reading vocabulary, etc. for a limited time.
Grade 3 A minimum of fifteen minutes daily is recommended for completion of assigned work and for study of spelling, math or vocabulary.
Grades 4,5,6 A minimum of thirty minutes daily is recommended.
Grades 7 & 8 Grade 7 and 8 pupils should have homework every day. Advance notice is given for tests and for completion
of research projects. A minimum of sixty minutes of homework daily is
recommended for continued academic success.
Physical Education
Physical Education is a mandatory subject in all schools throughout the province of Ontario.
A minimum of 20 minutes of daily exercise is provided for each student. Participation and safety are the key factors for the personal
well being of all students.
Bring prepared for class means that each student should come equipped with running shoes, shorts (or sports pants), and a loose t-shirt. All pupils will participate to the extent that they are able.
Milk Available at Noon Milk is available to pupils for purchase at the lunch period. The cost is $.60 per 200 ml carton.
Milk is to be purchased for one month at a time.

Pupils are supplied with most necessary supplies. Students from Grade
1-8 are asked to pay $15.00 in September, with a maximum of $35.00 per
family, to help defray costs. Teachers will provide a list of additional
